While Arguing Taylor Swift Crying In The Trial

While Arguing Taylor Swift Crying In The Trial – Taylor Swift wiped away her tears and rolled her eyes repeatedly on Monday because the accused plaintiff’s lawyer brought out her closing argument in front of the Denver courtroom.

Attorney Gabriel McFarland – who represents David Mueller, a former DJ that Swift said gripped his naked back at a meeting four years ago – confirms that Swift and his team are making false allegations about his client, and that the photos they took Together in 2013 prove that He never grabbed the underwear of a singer under him as he claimed.

“She does not lift her skirt, her skirt is not distracted … The dress is perfect,” McFarland said in the courtroom.

McFarland argues that Mueller “is not the type of man” who does such acts, and alleges that Swift’s face in the photo does not show anyone in distress.

Taylor Swift’s mother accused the DJ in court of stroking the pop star
“Look at Ms. Swift’s face,” he said. “Is that someone’s face in shock, who’s upset?”

The photo in question, which emerged earlier this year, shows Swift posing with Mueller and his girlfriend Shannon Mercher. In the picture, Mueller’s hand stretches behind Swift’s back, though it is unclear whether he made contact with his body.

Taylor Swift was moved to tears during Monday’s closing argument.
McFarland also accused Swift and his team of deliberately trying to get Mueller fired from his post as an on-air personnel on the KYGO radio station. Mueller was finally released to the station shortly after the blaring allegations of Swift appeared.

The McFarland address was greeted with a vibrating head and roll of the eyes of Swift, which also appeared to be shedding tears several times during the closing argument. He did not see McFarland for 40 minutes of his address.

Taylor Swift watched the former DJ ‘stick’ to the back of his body
Swift’s lawyer, Doug Baldridge, then gave the closing argument a few moments later, and once again argued that Mueller had touched the pop star.

“Will aggressors like David Mueller be allowed to sacrifice their victims?” He asked.

The closing argument was wrapped up in the afternoon in Denver, allowing the judges consideration to begin.

The lawyer’s last request came four days Swift took his place for the first time and testified that Mueller grabbed under his skirt, grabbed the back and refused to let go during a photo opportunity, which took place at the Denver Pepsi Center before one of his concerts.

The judge filed a DJ suit against Taylor Swift in a groping experiment
“He sticks to my bare cheeks as I get away from him,” Swift said.

Mueller, meanwhile, defended his innocence in his testimony last Tuesday, saying he may have been in contact with ribs or “Red” ribs, but did not touch them inappropriately.

Mueller sued Swift in 2015 for $ 3 million, claiming that he sacrificed his work. Swift is then countersued and is looking for a $ 1 emblematic.

On Friday, Judge William J. Martinez threw Mueller’s lawsuit, claiming that “no evidence” has been given to show that Swift made a mistake.

“Taylor Swift does not act right,” Martinez determined
